Satya Langgeng Sentosa is seeking a talented Database Management & Digital Performance Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business insights, ensuring our customer and prospect databases are not only accurate but also leveraged to drive performance.
As part of our Technology & Communication division, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital assets. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and marketing ROI by maintaining high standards of data hygiene and analyzing digital performance metrics. We value precision and strategic thinking, and we are looking for someone who can turn complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies to support our business objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily management and maintenance of customer and prospect databases to ensure 100% accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Execute data cleansing, segmentation, and enrichment strategies to improve lead quality and optimize marketing campaign targeting.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, reporting key insights to stakeholders to refine our digital strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align database strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security protocols at all times.
- Utilize CRM tools and data visualization software to track user behavior and campaign performance effectively.
- Produce regular reports on data health and digital performance to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in database management, CRM administration, or digital performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex data findings to non-technical teams.
