We are seeking a highly accountable and strategic Daytime Operations Manager to drive execution across legal, operations, and administrative teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the daily execution of operational tasks and endorsement processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor administrative and support teams to ensure high productivity, morale, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all endorsements and documents meet regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, analytics, and operational updates to senior management.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline administrative functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, administrative leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal and administrative workflows, endorsement processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
