Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize query efficiency
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and execute backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams on database schema design and implementation
- Implement database upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Document database configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical database incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or DBA Engineer
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one major database system (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of database security protocols and data encryption standards
- Experience with performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization
- Familiarity with cloud database platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
