Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate contact with customers regarding outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and letters
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve overdue accounts efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in all debt collection practices
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Generate detailed reports on collection activities and account statuses
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection or accounts receivable
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Knowledge of Malaysian debt collection regulations and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
