In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to negotiate payment arrangements, resolve outstanding balances, and maintain positive relationships while achieving collection targets. You will work closely with our finance and customer service teams to develop effective collection strategies and maintain accurate account records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and account statuses
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs
- Escalate accounts requiring legal action or specialized handling
- Provide exceptional customer service while achieving recovery objectives
- Prepare collection reports and communicate progress to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
