Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a motivated and resilient Debt Collection Officer to join our high-performing team in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. As a Debt Collection Officer, you will play a critical role in managing account receivables while maintaining professional relationships with customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts and initiate contact via telephone and email.
- Conduct professional, firm, and tactful negotiations to secure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes effectively to facilitate settlements.
- Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to recovery targets.
- Adhere strictly to internal compliance policies and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address process gaps and improve collection efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Previous experience in debt collection, tele-sales, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient under pressure.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets.
