Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and legal standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or disputes regarding their accounts in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide regular reporting on recovery progress and account status to team leads.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address process improvements for debt management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
  • Prior experience in debt collection, call center, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
