Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting the right beauty products to meet their needs.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products, demonstrating their use, and effectively upselling or cross-selling items.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer payments are processed correctly.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring product displays are attractive and organized.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training and self-study.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and checking stock levels to prevent shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Passion for beauty products and a keen interest in the latest trends in cosmetics and skincare.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the point-of-sale system.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
