Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough site inspections and routine checks to identify structural, cosmetic, or functional defects in managed properties.
- Document and report all findings accurately using our property management software and issue comprehensive defect reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external contractors and maintenance teams to schedule, oversee, and verify the rectification of identified defects.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on property conditions and addressing any maintenance-related inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all defects, actions taken, and outcomes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic safety audits to ensure that all properties comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in property management, defects management, or facilities management within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong working knowledge of building maintenance procedures, safety standards, and relevant building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and management teams.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
