- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections to identify and document construction defects
- Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle including reporting, tracking, and resolution verification
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure timely defect rectification
- Maintain accurate defect databases and generate regular progress reports
- Implement preventive measures to minimize recurring defects in future projects
- Coordinate quality control activities across multiple construction sites
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction quality control or defect management
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
