Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of application solutions to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks and processes to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, deadlines, and performance targets
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and internal departments, to align delivery objectives
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget oversight to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and innovation across all operational functions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all project deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, delivery leadership, or project management roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading high-performance teams in IT or consulting environments
- Strong background in process optimization, quality assurance, and performance measurement methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to address challenges proactively
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budget administration
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma are highly desirable
