Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of Tesla products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for all delivery hub assets
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues
  • Process and track customer orders through the delivery lifecycle
  • Provide excellent customer service and address delivery inquiries professionally
  • Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, including manifests and tracking information
  • Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to optimize delivery processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for deliveries

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and office software
