Tanggung Jawab
- Execute demand forecasting using historical data, market trends, and promotional calendars
- Support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) cycles through data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover)
- Develop and maintain planning models using ERP systems and analytical tools
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through scenario planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or planning software preferred
- Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
