Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business drivers to create accurate demand forecasts
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for demand visualization and performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand planning with business objectives
- Optimize inventory levels through demand pattern analysis and safety stock calculations
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly demand reports and present findings to senior management
- Support new product launches by developing initial demand forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of demand planning or supply chain experience
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data modeling and visualization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting methodologies
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
