Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments via phone and in-person to optimize clinic schedules.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently to reduce wait times.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories in the electronic health system.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and routing messages appropriately.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and inventory management for dental supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with dental specialists and support staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a front desk receptionist in a dental or medical office setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical billing procedures, and insurance verification processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
