Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including chairside assistance.
- Ensure all dental instruments are properly sterilized and maintained according to clinic protocols.
- Manage patient records, documentation, and appointment scheduling effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinical environment at all times.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for dental supplies and materials.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Dental Technology, Nursing, or any health-related field.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and professional chairside manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for patient record management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical workflows as the company expands.
