Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures.
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols for all instruments and equipment according to health standards.
- Accurately document patient dental records, treatment plans, and medical history.
- Provide post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education to patients.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist with clinic administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the clinical area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or graduate of a Dental Assistant program.
- Proven work experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinic setting is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinic systems and technologies.
