Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, and materials prior to patient appointments.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) and intraoral photographs as directed by the dentist.
- Perform basic oral health screenings, including taking impressions and cleaning teeth.
- Sterilize and disinfect dental tools and equipment according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology or Certificate/Diploma in Dental Assisting.
- Registered Dental Assistant (Philippine Dental Assistant Licensure Exam) or currently eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.
