Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs and perform chairside assistance during patient examinations
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and communication to ensure seamless clinical operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital documentation systems
- Provide post-procedure instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Dental Assisting or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in dental or medical setting
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques and infection control procedures
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage patient anxiety
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
