Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists and hygienists during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to ensure strict infection control protocols.
- Take dental impressions, X-rays, and digital scans as directed by the dentist.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment histories.
- Provide chairside support to ensure patient comfort and manage chairside time efficiently.
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
- Manage the front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and answering phone inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Dental Council (if applicable).
- Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dental practice management software.
