Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate instruments, materials, and equipment prior to patient appointments.
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and digital images as directed by the dentist.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures for all instruments.
- Greet patients warmly, answer phones, and update patient records in the dental management system.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene instructions, and treatment options.
- Order dental supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure clinic readiness.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work well under pressure in a busy clinic.
