Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Ensure high standards of sterilization and infection control protocols are maintained.
- Prepare and set up examination rooms with necessary instruments and materials.
- Provide patient education regarding post-operative care and oral hygiene.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation using clinic software.
- Handle front-desk administrative duties including patient scheduling and inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist with procurement requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and dental management software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical workflows and techniques.
