Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert chairside assistance to dentists during examinations, cleanings, and various dental procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare patients for treatments by explaining procedures, taking vital signs, and ensuring comfort.
- Take and develop dental X-rays, digital impressions, and intraoral photographs.
- Manage dental inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, record keeping, and billing verification.
- Ensure all dental operatory rooms are clean, organized, and fully equipped before patient arrival.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Dental Assisting or a related healthcare qualification.
- Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice is highly desirable.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work accurately with your hands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
