Join Smilepoint Dental Centre as a Dental Assistant Trainee and kickstart your career in dentistry! We're seeking motivated individuals to join our compassionate team in Telok Blangah. This full-time position offers hands-on training in a modern dental practice, allowing you to develop essential clinical skills while supporting our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care. Enjoy a structured 5-day workweek (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM) with rotating weekend shifts - no night shifts or public holidays. We provide comprehensive training programs to help you thrive in this rewarding healthcare role. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures and treatments
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and maintain clinic inventory
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Ensure strict infection control protocols are followed
- Provide chairside support and patient comfort measures
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks
- Support clinic maintenance and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work rotating weekends
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping
- Certification in dental assisting is advantageous but not required
