Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures including instrument preparation and patient support
- Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental equipment following infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked for procedures
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and develop images under dentist supervision
- Provide post-operative care instructions and patient education
- Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling and patient reception
- Maintain clinic hygiene standards and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Dental assisting certification preferred)
- Strong interest in dentistry and willingness to learn clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
- Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle dental instruments
