Twin City Endodontics (Tanglin) Pte Ltd, a premier specialist dental clinic focused on endodontic care, is seeking a Dental Customer Service Executive (Front Desk Lead) to join our team in Orchard. We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented leader to manage front desk operations and ensure every patient has a seamless, welcoming experience. As the first point of contact, you will oversee patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, phone and email correspondence, billing coordination, and team supervision. Your role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of our clinic and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing the front desk operations efficiently, from greeting patients and managing appointments to handling inquiries and coordinating treatment plans. You will lead a small team, ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and cared for. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintain accuracy in administrative tasks, and communicate effectively with both patients and clinical staff is crucial to our success.

- Greet and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage cancellation and no-show protocols.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Process payments, handle billing, and liaise with insurance companies.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and specialists to optimize patient flow.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring consistent service quality.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in any discipline; healthcare administration certification is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Epic, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
