In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing dental claims, encoding patient information, and ensuring that all clinical data is recorded with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and encode patient dental records, treatment plans, and billing information into the system.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility requirements.
- Review claim forms for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards at all times.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to resolve discrepancies in patient data.
- Ensure daily productivity quotas are met with a high degree of precision.
- Update and maintain organized digital filing systems for all dental documentation.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in dental billing, insurance encoding, or medical transcription.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and common dental practice management software.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (minimum 50 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a stable backup power/internet solution.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a work-from-home setting.
