Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the Central Region.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental clinic owners, practitioners, and clinical staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present customized laboratory solutions that address specific clinic needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term active partnerships.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding our latest dental technologies and service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and sales approach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the dental clinical workflow and laboratory service requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with medical professionals.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and personal drive.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client communications effectively.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales or medical representative roles.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
