Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the Central Region.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental clinic owners, practitioners, and clinical staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present customized laboratory solutions that address specific clinic needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term active partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding our latest dental technologies and service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and sales approach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the dental clinical workflow and laboratory service requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with medical professionals.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and personal drive.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client communications effectively.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales or medical representative roles.
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
