Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk inquiries efficiently.
- Perform chair-side assistance, including suction, passing instruments, and managing patient comfort.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic and treatment rooms.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and place orders as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or relevant certification in Dental Surgery Assistance or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a dental clinic environment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of other local dialects is an added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Basic computer literacy for appointment management and record-keeping systems.
