Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, including chair-side assistance and instrument preparation.
- Perform and process dental X-rays (Radiography) accurately following safety protocols.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards for all instruments and equipment.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and prepare treatment plans.
- Greet patients, manage reception duties, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Provide post-operative instructions and monitor patient comfort during recovery.
- Order and manage dental supplies and maintain clinic inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assisting or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
- Ability to operate dental equipment and X-ray machines proficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license is an added advantage.
