Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during surgical procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing other support
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and order necessary materials
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients and address any concerns
- Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification preferred
- Willingness to undergo training for inexperienced candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and dental team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare ethics
- Good physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
