Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures, including restorative and surgical treatments.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and clinical areas are sterilized according to strict infection control protocols.
- Prepare the treatment room, setting up necessary equipment and materials prior to patient arrival.
- Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Provide chairside support by managing suction and passing instruments efficiently during procedures.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and inform management when restocking is required.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education background.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English and Malay; fluency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude toward patients.
- Ability to work well within a team and take initiative in a clinical setting.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in appearance and conduct.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for digital patient records.
