Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during dental procedures and surgeries, ensuring optimal clinical efficiency and patient comfort.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with strict infection control protocols.
- Manage front-desk operations, including welcoming patients, handling phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Execute administrative duties such as maintaining accurate patient records, handling billing/claims, and processing payments.
- Maintain clinical cleanliness, hygiene, and neatness of treatment rooms and reception areas.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for dental supplies and clinical consumables.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Clinic Assistant, or Receptionist is highly preferred, though on-the-job training is provided for promising candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and high attention to detail.
