Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during surgical procedures and routine treatments
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records and documentation with HIPAA compliance
- Provide chairside support including suction, instrument transfer, and patient comfort
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and develop diagnostic images
- Manage inventory control for dental supplies and materials
- Perform post-operative care instructions and patient education
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow management
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Dental Assisting or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in dental surgery support
- Proficiency in dental sterilization techniques (autoclave operation)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
- Attention to detail with infection control protocols
