Tanggung Jawab
- Provide chairside assistance during dental surgeries and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Ensure patient comfort and care before/during/after treatments
- Manage clinic inventory and supply ordering
- Maintain sterile field protocols and infection control
- Perform administrative tasks including patient records and scheduling
- Assist with patient education on post-operative care
- Coordinate with dental team for seamless workflow
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Dental Assisting or related field
- Minimum 1 year chairside assistance experience
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical settings
- Basic computer literacy for patient record management
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
