Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor mortgage operations teams to achieve performance targets

- Analyze market trends to optimize mortgage portfolio performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in mortgage banking with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Indonesian mortgage regulations and practices
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience in mortgage portfolio analysis and risk assessment
- Strategic planning and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in mortgage software and financial reporting tools
