Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the daily operations of the retail department.
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure growth.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained through effective inventory management and replenishment.
- Oversee visual merchandising to create an attractive and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Passion for sports and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
