- Drive sales and profitability by setting clear targets and following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective succession planning and talent management.
- Oversee the visual merchandising standards of the department to ensure a commercial and inspiring shopping experience.
- Manage departmental schedules and payroll budgets to ensure optimal staffing levels for customer service.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient stock management and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by leading by example and training staff on H&M’s service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures to protect both staff and customers.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
