  • Oversee the visual merchandising standards of the department to ensure a commercial and inspiring shopping experience.
  • Manage departmental schedules and payroll budgets to ensure optimal staffing levels for customer service.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient stock management and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by leading by example and training staff on H&M’s service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures to protect both staff and customers.

Kualifikasi
