Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor store performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain attractive store displays and layouts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion/apparel sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
