Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and shift scheduling.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of employees, conducting regular performance reviews and providing comprehensive training.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, managing reorders, and minimizing shrinkage through loss prevention strategies.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction scores and brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, improve profit margins, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the supermarket sector.
