- Oversee daily supermarket department operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Drive category profitability through strategic merchandising, pricing analysis, and promotional planning
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated service issues
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize product availability
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve departmental KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on store-wide initiatives and operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in supermarket or large-format retail
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- College degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
