Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of a specific supermarket department (e.g., produce, meat, dairy, or general merchandise)
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve departmental targets
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Train, motivate, and evaluate department staff to ensure high performance standards
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotional execution
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards throughout the department
- Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure seamless store operations
- Prepare and submit departmental reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail or supermarket environment with supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven track record of developing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising principles, and retail operations
