As a Senior Associate in our Workforce Deployment division, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle of resource management. You will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, ensuring that our projects are staffed with the right talent at the right time. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to solving complex staffing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and project managers to understand upcoming pipeline needs and current bench availability. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will help shape the workforce strategy that drives our consultancy's success. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily deployment and allocation of resources across various projects to maximize utilization.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding hiring needs and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify project requirements and match them with appropriate internal talent.
- Manage the 'bench' by identifying upskilling opportunities for unassigned consultants.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on workforce metrics, including utilization rates and deployment velocity.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding their deployment status and career pathing within the project ecosystem.
- Streamline internal deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for internal vacancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or Recruitment Operations.
- Proven expertise in using Resource Management Software (RMS) or advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of the consultancy or professional services industry business model.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
