In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and that all contractual obligations are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire contract administration process from pre-tender to final account settlement.
- Prepare, negotiate, and review construction contracts and sub-contracts to mitigate project risks.
- Monitor project costs, prepare progress claims, and ensure timely certification of payments.
- Collaborate with project teams to track variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, and contractual disputes.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and budget tracking to ensure project profitability.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management regarding commercial project status and financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in local building regulations, PSSCOC, and SIA forms of contract.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in commercial management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail regarding cost estimation and project finance.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle diverse project stakeholders.
