Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for digital commerce? Unilever is seeking a strategic and analytical Deputy CSP dCommerce - PC Manager to join our team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the performance of our Personal Care (PC) category across digital channels. You will translate complex data into actionable growth strategies, ensuring our market presence remains dominant and our execution is flawless.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, optimize digital shelf performance, and drive revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze dCommerce performance metrics for the PC category, identifying key trends and growth drivers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital shelf presence and product discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance execution effectiveness across major e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to proactively adjust business strategies.
  • Lead periodic reporting on sales trends, conversion rates, and ROAS to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in online channel operations to maximize brand loyalty and category share.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to align product campaigns with channel-specific strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital trade, or retail analytics, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI), and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and marketplaces in Indonesia.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset.
