Join the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) as a Deputy Director, Finance, leading strategic financial operations for the Research Dissemination Fund (RDF) and the Innovation & Enterprise (I&E) and Advanced Clinical Care (ACCL) divisions. This is a pivotal leadership role within a premier statutory board, where you will oversee critical funding streams, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance across the innovation ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the financial strategy and planning for the RDF and I&E/ACCL divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Fund Management: Oversee the disbursement of research funds and manage investment portfolios to maximize impact.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Risk Management: Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard organizational assets.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Background: Demonstrated experience in grant management, research funding administration, or public sector finance is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and extensive knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale budgets effectively.
