Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the FP&A team in implementing AI and automation solutions for financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee the transformation of financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value
- Drive the development and implementation of predictive analytics models for financial forecasting
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate advanced financial systems and tools
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Mentor and develop team members in financial analysis and technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with financial systems, ERP implementations, and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in implementing AI and automation solutions in finance
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in a research or technology organization is highly desirable
