- Oversee strategic planning and execution of vaccine preparedness programs
- Lead cross-functional teams in vaccine distribution logistics and inventory management
- Develop protocols for vaccine cold chain management and quality assurance
- Coordinate with MOH and international health agencies on vaccine policy
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for vaccine shortages
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Monitor vaccine program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years healthcare management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven expertise in vaccine program management or public health emergencies
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare regulations and MOH guidelines
- Certified in Healthcare Management or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in hospital or government settings
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
