- Strategic planning and execution of development projects from conception to completion

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project delivery
- Proven track record leading large-scale development projects in hospitality or infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Singaporean building codes, BCA regulations, and procurement processes
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management credentials
- Advanced analytical skills for budget forecasting and timeline optimization
