Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Financial Controller in the overall management of the Group's financial operations and accounting functions.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS and relevant statutory requirements.
- Strengthen internal control systems to mitigate operational and financial risks across the organization.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance department to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Monitor treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic planning and long-term business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and local corporate governance standards.
- Proven track record in strengthening internal controls and streamlining financial workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with financial reporting software is an added advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while meeting strict reporting deadlines.
